Mr. Haller represents clients accused of a wide range of serious crimes, including murder, manslaughter, sexual assault, sexual abuse, fraud, robbery, burglary, theft, and drug trafficking.

In federal court, Mr. Haller is a member of the Criminal Justice Act appellate panels in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California. In state court, Mr. Haller is a member of the panels for the First Appellate District and the Sixth Appellate District.

In robbery and carjacking case involving guilty plea, overcoming lack of certificate of probable cause to achieve reversal of judgment and remand for transfer hearing in juvenile court.

Reversing nine drug convictions based upon illegal search in violation of Fourth Amendment.
